The September 28 drop
When does the AeroCore go on sale?
Monday, September 28. The first production run is 30 paddles. When they're gone, they're gone until the next run.
Why so few?
We're a new brand and this is our first production run. We'd rather sell out of 30 good paddles than sit on 500 we rushed.
Can I order now?
Not yet — nothing ships until the paddles are physically in hand. Everything on the site right now is a preview of what drops on the 28th.
About the paddle
Who is the AeroCore built for?
Intermediate and advanced players with a control-oriented game — dinks, resets, third-shot drops, and placement over raw power. The 16mm core and raw carbon face are tuned for dwell time and spin rather than pop.
Why 16mm instead of 14mm?
A thicker core absorbs more of the ball's energy on contact. That means softer hands at the kitchen, more forgiving resets, and a wider sweet spot — at the cost of some put-away power. 14mm is the choice for bangers; 16mm is the choice for control players.
What does "raw T700 carbon fiber" mean?
The face is left unpainted and unsealed, so the woven carbon texture is exposed. That grit is what grabs the ball and generates spin. Painted faces feel smoother and lose bite faster.
Why the elongated shape?
More reach and more leverage on stretch volleys and overheads, with a sweet spot that sits slightly higher on the face. The tradeoff is a marginally narrower hitting surface than a standard shape.
Is it approved for tournament play?
No. The AeroCore is not currently USA Pickleball approved, which means it isn't eligible for USAP-sanctioned tournaments. It's built for rec play, open play, and casual games. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out at a check-in table. Certification is on the roadmap for a future run.
Ordering and shipping
How long until it ships?
Orders placed on drop day are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically runs 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves us.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.
Is the Set of 2 a better deal?
Yes. Two singles run $180; the matched pair is $160.
Returns and warranty
What if I don't like how it plays?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it, as long as it's in resellable condition — no court scuffs or face wear. Email us with your order number and we'll send instructions.
What if it arrives damaged or breaks?
Email us with photos within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it in full, return shipping on us. Beyond that, the paddle carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
