Where we ship

Ravion currently ships within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2pm CT are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Any promotional free-shipping threshold will be shown in your cart before you pay.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email ravionpickle@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
