You assume all risk associated with athletic activity and with the use of our products. Inspect your paddle before play and discontinue use if it is cracked, delaminated, or otherwise damaged.

6. Tournament and sanctioning compliance

Equipment rules for sanctioned play are set by the governing body of the event you enter, and those rules change over time. It is your responsibility to confirm that any paddle you use meets the current requirements of your specific tournament or league before competing.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Ravion name, logo, wordmark, product designs, photography, and copy — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
